We are seeking a motivated Agency Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships.
Daily Responsibilities
• Morning Presence Arrive at the Legacy office each morning to start the day. When needed, staying
longer if the Agent is out to ensure planning and operations continue without disruption.
• Quick Sales Team Check-In Meet briefly (under 5 minutes) with the Legacy and MOA sales teams
and sales managers to
o Offer help if needed by the team, by simply asking if anyone needs help.
o Inquire about any big cases or challenges.
o Take note of what’s working well and what could be improved.
• Retention Calls Make the final call to clients before any policy cancellations to try to retain the
business.
• Insurance Policy Reviews Manage insurance policy reviews if Agent isn’t available, whether in-
person or virtually.
• Service Issues Mediate high-level client service problems when Customer Service Manager is
unavailable, serving as the escalation point.
• Staff Management Address any behavior or team member issues among staff to maintain a positive
and professional workplace.
Ongoing / Additional Responsibilities
• Write high level and high net worth accounts. Production for large insurance accounts.
• Monitor key numbers around sales goals via the Daily Tracker and Scoreboard as well as client
satisfaction and bring any concerns or opportunities to leadership.
• Work directly with sales managers to support their teams needs and help implement sales
strategies.
• Support recruitment and interview new team members, as needed.
• Make sure policies and procedures are followed consistently. Offering a second set of eyes for
compliance.Who You Work With
• Report directly to Agent, Andrew Shull.
• Support sales managers, Legacy and MOA sales staff, and customer service personnel.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Prior State Farm insurance, business, or customer service experience.
  • Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
Compensation $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
