I called and spoke to Sabley at Andrew Shull’s State Farm office and from that first conversation, I knew I would be in good hands. I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off of my shoulders, there was a person who would genuinely be there to help support me and not just speak words. The idea of dealing directly with an insurance agency versus a broker is definitely the way to go.

My policy was put together immediately and did not take a weeks to go over and over. Any changes we discussed were understood clearly and concisely. We were totally on the same page from the get-go.
