"I just received a full quote by text message that was unsolicited. When I called the office to speak to Andrew I was told he wasn't in the office. Neither myself or my wife have requested this and when I asked the person who answered the phone I was told the request came from a third party. I would hope that before running a full quote that they would at least call and verify the information. Seems like a waste of everyone's time. Also, if my credit is efffected in anyway by this unauthorized inquiry I will pursuing other options."
"Raymond, the lead came from a vendor we use to generate lead activity in our office. Potential customers fill out contact information and we receive the leads and are then required to respond. Your information was sent to us. We have now removed you from our quoting system, but my advice would be to contact the company that distributed your information. In this case, we did nothing that violated our compliance. I tried to call you on 2/5/25 at 1:00 pm, but you did not answer. Thank you - Andrew Shull"

"Teresa has been instrumental in returning our policies to State Farm. She and the team listened to what we needed and did the enduring work of making sure we got all the docs in that were needed. We left State Farm less than a year ago to shop better rates and Progressive turned out to be a mess of savings hidden only in bundles. If you don’t bundle it all, you find yourself owing hundreds because you didn’t bring over your other policies. Elephant was affordable but the coverage was abysmal. So, a kind and persistent contact from our friends in Andrew’s office restored our business to State Farm. They were patient. They weren’t manipulative or super salesy. Just saw we needed more savings and adjusted policies and coverage accordingly. Thanks, team!"
