"Michelle, Amy and Amber from Andrew Shull's office are absolutely amazing! I have called into the office for a few different reasons one was to get more detailed explanation on how to properly file my son's accident claim which Amy was a huge help. The other I spoke with Amber regarding a letter we received I needed help with. Again, Amber was very helpful. And today speaking MIchelle regarding our renewal she was so helpful. Not only did they walk me through each issue I had, they really went the extra mile to make me feel calm and more at ease. The customer service I received from all three of these ladies was fantastic! Thank you!"

"I had a really terrible experience here. There were so many miscommunications throughout the process, and the charges kept being added and removed back and forth, which was extremely frustrating.
What bothered me the most was that they did not clearly explain all the charges and fees upfront. I was given the impression that certain discounts or charges would be handled one way, and then additional charges were added later. I felt like I was constantly having to ask questions and figure out what I was actually being charged for.
I believe customers should be given a clear breakdown of all fees, discounts, and potential charges before making any payment. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. The lack of clear communication made the entire process stressful and left me very disappointed."

"Michelle Morphis at the Andrew Shull agency has been outstanding. "Holy moly these guys don't know when to quit. They've been spamming me for the past 6 months by calling, leaving voicemails, texting, sending letters in the mail. I've already told them I'm not interested, I've blocked their number, but they are still determined to get me to sign up for their over priced insurance policy. Now I know to never go to them for anything."
